Shipping policy

Note that all SAMI RHEA clothing is handmade and made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping.

SAMI RHEA does not accept refunds. If your package is damaged, or the sizing is incorrect, please contact me via email/DM and we will be happy to exchange it for a new item. 

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Lost packages that have never been delivered are eligible for a replacement item.
